An amazing clinic, Vanessa is an angel on earth! I came to Elegant clinic with some womens health concerns and when speaking to Shika, she recommended acne treatment with Vanessa. I am so so pleased with my results so far, Vanessa has been so kind to me in my sessions, explaining every step of the treatment and making sure I was comfortable throughout, I'm only 2 sessions in and I can see a huge improvement.
Acne can make you self conscious and embarrassed of your skin and Vanessa has gone out of her way to make sure I was comfortable in my treatment sessions and explaining my options to maintain healthy skin after I've finished treatment with her.

I was also really pleased with my health consultations with Shika, she was kind and understanding and listened to my concerns.

I was very impressed with the knowledge of the practitioner. She knew a great deal about both the procedure and related products. The pre treatment support and questionnaire prepared me very well. The practitioner was skilful, helpful and supportive during the procedure and at all times, I felt I was in very capable hands. The machines used were highly effective and of great quality. Had the Platinum Hydrafacial experience today, which included deep cleansing, hydrating, skin booster finishing with a LED Light Therapy. Got to say as a bloke I was a little sceptical at first but Vanessa made me feel comfortable and explained the step by step procedure. What an amazing experience from start to finish. This clinic is beautiful! It's done to a high spec and the treatments on offer are certainly different and exciting. Milo the owner is friendly and welcoming with an offer of a nice cup of coffee on arrival and info on new treatments coming to the clinic.
Vanessa my therapist there I have known for many years and followed her in that time, more recently to this lovely new clinic, she always delivers with her lovely sunny but professional way and her knowledge of laser is 100%. Highly recommend this friendly exciting clinic!
